What You'll Do
- Lead with Vision: Direct a talented team of 8 HR professionals, collaborating with colleagues across training, communications, and HRBP support. Your leadership will shape the culture and success of our campus.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee essential HR processes including performance management, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Your efforts will ensure we attract, develop, and retain the top talent that drives our success.
- Foster an Engaging Culture: Be the force behind employee engagement, embodying and promoting our "Win Right" values, and championing diversity and inclusion across the campus.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Work closely with the Manufacturing Operations Leadership team, providing strategic HR support and ensuring our policies are uniformly applied, fostering a fair and productive workplace.
- Shape Strategy: Your insights will guide senior managers, developing strategies and managing change to align with our operational and HR priorities.
- An experienced HR leader with at least 8 years in the field, including 5 years managing HR teams, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- A champion of inclusion and diversity, with a track record of supporting employee engagement.
- A strategic thinker with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems like Workday.
- Adaptable and resilient, ready to navigate the fast-paced changes of a global business environment.
- Knowledgeable about Ohio labor laws, OSHA guidelines, and comfortable in a manufacturing setting.
