What You Will Experience In This Positio

The Senior ERP Manager is responsible for deploying overall capabilities (Infrastructure, ERPs and other connected enterprise applications) for our ECM business which is part of our Electrical & Fastening solutions (EFS) business segment. This leader will work in tight collaboration with our Digital team and EFS segment to help integrate ECM into the nVent Digital ecosystem. They will also be working with leaders from Finance and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) on strategic, high-priority initiatives, using innovative technology to drive transformative chang

e.

ON, YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING ARE

    Systems thinking: Collaborate with multiple digital and business partner to develop a shared understanding of business capabilities and how the Digital ecosystem can be used to solve business probl
  • ems.ERP Connected Apps: Develop & implement a multi-year ERP consolidation and modernization roadmap strategy with input from relevant partners. Lead the ERP connected apps architecture and develop a best-in-class approach towards ERP deployment & cutovers using Agile methodolog
  • ies.Change Management: Collaborate with PMO and business stakeholders to ensure change management is fully integrated into ERP cutovers ensuring zero business disruption. Stakeholder acceptance, communication, and all levels of required training should be effectively implemen
  • ted.Talent: Lead and grow functional analyst and technical development talent ensuring that the teams are right sized by region with up-to-date skills & knowledge to deploy, enhance and operate platforms. Work with PMO to track and lead resource capacity and utilization within the t
  • eam.Operate: Define SLAs around resiliency and security. Prioritize technical launches/patches to ensure the continued stability of the platform & minimize technical d
