LOCATION: Camas, WA
SALARY: $18-24/hour DOE
SCHEDULE:Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Temporary 6 months
INDUSTRY:Engineering and Manufacturing
THE ROLE
As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department in invoicing and sales order management activities as well as supporting other administrative functions. You will be successful in this role if you are highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptive in fast-paced environments! Background check required upon acceptance of an offer.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and execute accounting activities including sales order creation, invoicing all the way through collection customer payments.
• Work with project managers for invoice approvals and adjustments.
• Manage PO balances for both internal and external customers.
• Perform payment recovery.
• Track project and phase completion dates for future invoicing.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
• Minimum of 1 years experience with invoicing or sales order management and other similar roles.
• Preferred experience within engineering or manufacturing but not required.
• Experience with NetSuite, ERP or similar type accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
