SALARY

$24-32 / hr DOE

SCHEDULE Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Temp-to-Hire

THE ROLE

As the HR Coordinator, you will support the operations team through recruitment, assisting with onboarding, processing employee changes, tracking metrics, and other HR support activities.

This is a great entry-level position with opportunities for career growth. Seeking a motivated individual with high personal and professional values who is looking for a variety of job duties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides all recruitment, onboarding, recognition, training, and development for employees
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters,
  • Facilitate onboarding process including I9s, scheduling pre-employment screenings, benefits administration, etc.
  • Review employee change forms, including pay increases, title changes, department changes, etc., and updating the information into the system.
  • Manage and plan events, including company meetings, parties, team building events, etc.
  • Assist operations with administrative work as assigned
  • Greet visitors and answer and rout incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute incoming mail.

SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other closely related field and / or HR certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
