As a Product Marketer in the Automotive Microcontroller team, you will have the opportunity to influence and drive NXP's Microcontroller strategy for Electrification applications, including Traction Inverter, Battery Management Systems, On Board Charger and DC/DC Converter. You will be responsible for engaging customers on future electrification requirements and collaborating with expert teammates to define and deliver highly differentiated Microcontroller and software solutions.

Job description:

• To lead the promotion of NXP's Automotive Microcontroller solutions to the world's leading car makers and their suppliers
• To engage with NXP's customers on future market and application evolution
• Generating market requirements documentation and lead requirements-driven definition of future NXP Microcontroller solutions.
• To understand hardware and software interoperability and communicate NXP strengths to customers
• To contribute to achieving a global design win target to help drive future revenue growth.
• To understand and communicate the strengths and weaknesses of competitive Microcontroller solutions

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree, advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor/Electronics Industry
• Experience in Automotive Industry
• Experience in complex technical projects, including hardware & software
• Experience in commercial negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical thinking skills and proficiency in risk and issue management

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Experience in Automotive Electrification applications, including motor control and power conversion
• Experience in Automotive product marketing/management
• Experience in working with Agile software methodologies
• Successful track record in bringing highly differentiated products to market
• Experiences interfacing with internal teams, management, and customers, being able to tailor the message to the target audience
• Focus and capability to transform businesses and take them to the next level
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization
