Job DescriptionCUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE GENERALSummaryThe CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers. They will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, will also respond to customer inquiries and ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails. Ability to identify and assess customers’ and sales Teams’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Exceed personal goals and support sales team targets Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma Proven sales and/or customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Strong time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to maintain calm under pressure.
