Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Physical Therapist, per diem - Gouverneur.
Responsible for evaluating physical therapy needs and implementing comprehensive, medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to assigned patients in a supervises program of rehabilitation

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy and current New York State Physical Therapist license.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
