O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Card Services Representative to work Monday-Friday at our Administration Building located in Lacey, WA.

This position is an over-time eligible position. You will research and resolve member inquiries regarding fraud, disputes, and payment issues.

Maintain confidentiality and security of credit union and Member information. Utilize multiple systems and the critical applications necessary to properly maintain Member accounts.

Make recommendations to streamline high volume or labor intensive work processes. Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving complex card issues.

Deliver a full array of financial services by phone, mail, and electronically to credit union members. Resolve account, card service and electronic service issues in accordance with credit union guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Cross-sell credit union products. Provide information on financial products and services to members wishing to deposit funds with the credit union.

Keep up-to-date on all credit union products and services, policies and procedures, and rules and regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or a GED.
• At least 2 years' experience as a Contact Center Representative in a financial institution.
• A good understanding of basic math, spelling, reading, and letter writing principles.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate verbally.
• Ability to communicate in writing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

The range for this non-exempt position is $18.65 to $27.97 an hour and is dependent on experience. We reserve the right to close the recruitment early.
