O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Contact Center Representative II to work full time Monday-Friday at our Administrative building in Lacey, WA. This position is not hybrid or remote. This position provides a variety of account related services to members via phone and email to include service and transaction processing, account maintenance and online banking support, answering questions and troubleshooting. Works toward and assists in the positive image and growth of the credit union.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or a GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Previous Symitar experience preferred.
• Six month sof financial institution experience required.
• A good understanding of basic math, spelling, reading, and letter writing principles.
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
