Our progressive Architectural Team at our Austin, TX office seeks a talented Project Architect/Job Captain.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO….

  • You’ll lead talented project teams to ensure the timely execution and delivery and high-quality production/construction documents for various-scale projects.
  • You’ll spearhead the development of progressive design concepts through all phases of design.
  • You’ll provide innovative ideas for Education/Healthcare architectural amenities and features to help our clients stand out.
  • You’ll deliver highly effective presentations that advance our technical and design expertise, and that deepen our relationships with clients.
  • You’ll mentor teams and design staff while developing exciting roadmaps for career advancement.
  • You’ll stay ahead of current and emerging architectural trends, innovations, and tools.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE…

We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…

  • Registered Architect required.
  • Registered Architect in the state of Texas preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited 5-year program/school.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience, inclusive of 2 years of experience with Education/Healthcare Buildings.
  • Proficiency in REVIT.
  • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
