Cleaner - Maintenance Technician for O’Connor Residential
General Summary

Seeking a motivated individual who possesses our company values of honesty and integrity.

Must be able to perform skilled, high quality and thoughtful cleaning and maintenance work in a variety of residential and commercial buildings. This position would require someone with a high attention to detail and who is good at working with their hands. Must be able to effectively communicate with a variety of tenants, co-workers and vendors. Must have the basic skills, or the ability to learn the skills of working an iPad. Drivers license and excellent driving record required. Tools, vehicle and gas provided by O'Connor Residential.

Hours

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30 minute lunch.

After-hours emergency hours are also required. These hours include from 5:00 PM - 8:30 AM and all day Sat/Sun, up to 16 days/nights a month. 40 hours a week in total.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning 1-2 (rarely 3) apartments every week.
• Unit turnover. Complete a list of repairs after a unit has been vacated and cleaning the carpets.
• Perform work orders.
• Tile installer - rarely but sometimes
• Painting/Staining; indoor and outdoor environments.
• Performs minor carpentry alterations to buildings. Adjusting door, patching drywall, etc.
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving resident maintenance requests.
• Must be available for all snow events to remove snow from and salt all properties’ sidewalks and driveways. Sometimes snow removal is done very late at night or very early in the morning.
• Other duties may be assigned.
