Project Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Management team with various aspects of project management.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services..
• Participate in team meetings and provide status updates to customers on project progress.
• Order and review finish samples.
• Project Liaison: Collaborate with Drafters, Engineers, Fabricators, Project Managers, General Contractors, and Architects to ensure clear and accurate communication of project details.
• Process material submittals and RFI's

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in architectural millwork with a strong desire to grow in the industry, preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
