Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize NC programs for various CNC machines based on engineering specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify technical drawings and designs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of programming and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct tests and simulations to validate NC programs and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain documentation of programming changes and updates for future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology and CAD software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an NC Programmer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam).
- Solid understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
