Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors regularly, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and garbage properly.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of utensils, pots, and pans.
• Assist with banquet setup and food preparation tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain stock inventory and assist with storage organization.
• Uphold personal hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Greet guests warmly and assist as needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
