Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in.
• Handle reservations, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and handle inquiries.
• Enforce credit policies and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments and report for scheduled shifts on time.
• Embrace our culture of service, teamwork, and safety.

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Light Work: Occasional exertion up to 40 pounds.
• Inside work environment, not substantially exposed to adverse conditions.
