Purpose for the Position: Assists the Restaurant Manager in directing and organizing restaurant staff, maximizing profits, and guest satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assists in leading, training & mentoring restaurant team members.
• Supervises floor during meal periods to ensure service standards.
• Ensures all checklists and requisitions are completed each shift.
• Communicates effectively with team members and guests.
• Organizes pre-shift and departmental meetings.
• Embraces OHM's culture and performs other duties as required.

Hours: Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Supportive Functions: Ensures equipment maintenance, conducts competitive research, and supports Food & Beverage operations.

Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years food and beverage/restaurant experience. Management experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.
