Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy creating memorable moments for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred

- Familiarity with TOAST Pos or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management platforms is beneficial

- Understanding of food handling and safety protocols is essential

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
