Job Summary
The Human Resources Director is responsible for the overall human resources function at Oak Grove Manor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of human resources, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and approve payroll
- Implement human resources policies and procedures
- Hire and onboard new employees
- Disseminate performance reviews
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Comply with all applicable labor laws
- Maintain Employee Files
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in human resources or payroll
- Strong understanding of human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
