Family enrollment is 2- 4% of gross earnings. 401K/Roth match up to 5%.Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months.Holiday pay after 90 days.Job Responsibilities:Spot trailers to specified doors or lot locations, ensuring precise positioning.Conduct pre/post trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.Assist drivers in hooking and breaking sets within the yard.Work in a safe and efficient manner, strictly adhering to company safety policies.Other duties as assigned.
