Requirements:
· 1 year property management experience
· Strong background in Customer Service
· General office etiquette
· Management experience
· High School diploma or GED required
· Understand Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Outlook, Etc)Familiarity with property management software is a plus (AMSI )
· Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices
· Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi task, and strong written and verbal communication skills
