What you’ll be doing as a Medical Records Clerk:
· Auditing discharged resident records for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
· Maintain discharged records filing system in an accessible manner for prompt retrieval
· Prepare charts for readmissions
· Prepare mails and process monthly physician orders
· Order and stock linens to assure adequate quantity
· Stock med rooms
· Monitor med rooms for expired medications
· Assure new admissions packs are stocked and ready for new admissions
