Oak River Solutions is Hiring an Administrative Director Near Saginaw, MI

Be a part of a brand new, state-of-the-art, long-term care facility opening late summer 2024. As a dedicated long-term care facility we specialize in the care of individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Autism, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and Acquired Mental Illness (AMI). Our mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to improve the quality of life for our residents.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director, with a nursing background, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a TBI home setting, be knowledgeable in working with auto insurance, and be adept at navigating insurance billing and documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage staffing, scheduling, and compliance with state inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance Coordination: Work with auto insurance companies, attend depositions, and manage billing for all insurance types.
  • Compliance and Inspections: Ensure the facility is prepared for state inspections and compliant with all regulations.
  • Documentation Management: Handle all necessary insurance documents and cooperate with insurance providers.
  • Staff Management: Oversee staffing, create schedules, and ensure proper training and development of staff.
  • Case Coordination: Collaborate with caseworkers, managers, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Intake Assessments: Conduct and manage intake assessments to evaluate the needs of new residents.
  • Resident Care: Provide skilled care for TBI, mentally ill, autism, IDD, and AMI residents.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement nutritious menus for residents.
  • Progress Notes: Prepare and maintain progress notes and daily notes for each resident.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in a TBI home setting.
  • Proven experience with auto insurance processes and attending depositions.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance billing and documentation.
  • Familiarity with state inspection procedures and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and staff management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with caseworkers, managers, and therapists.
  • Experience in conducting intake assessments and developing care plans.
  • Skilled in resident care for TBI, mentally ill, autism, IDD, and AMI populations.
  • Ability to create and implement nutritious menus.
  • Proficient in preparing detailed progress and daily notes.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
