In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying checks and cash for deposit , ensuring all checks have proper endorsements, and conducting precise cash transactions. Your proficiency with technology will be essential as you input customer transactions into our computer system , providing digital receipts that make our clients feel valued and well-served.

But that’s not all! As a Financial Guardian , you’ll place holds on accounts when needed, safeguarding our financial ecosystem. You’ll also assist the Customer Service Manager in managing branch cash supply, ensuring smooth operations.

As a Service Ambassador , you’ll promote our products and services, educate clients on cashier’s checks, pre-paid cards, and deposit products, and master the art of automated teller machines. Your communication skills will shine as you answer calls and direct callers to the right team members.
