Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $20.00 plus tips

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area- Stock supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of food safety regulations in the food industry
