- Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ parking lots
- Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
- Match customer's ticket to parking rate schedule
- Provide guests with directions and other basic park information
- Direct guests to available parking spaces
- Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure productive operations, quality service, and client and customer satisfaction
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred
- Customer Service abilities are a must
- Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have reliable transportation
- The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
- The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
- Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
