The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Prep Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Prep Cook must be aware of while operating in the kitchen.
This role will pay an hourly rate between $14 to $16.
Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
