Oakdale Seniors Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our mission-driven team! This remote position offers the flexibility you desire while making a real impact on the lives of Seniors in our Communities! *Preference given to applicants in the following States: Florida, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Colorado.

As a vital member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial well-being of our organization, which supports senior living communities across the region.

• Overseeing all aspects of the accounting function and financial reporting.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Managing the budgeting and forecasting process, including developing financial models and variance analysis.
• Providing insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring internal controls are implemented and adhered to.
• Working collaboratively with department heads on financial matters.
• Staying abreast of current accounting principles and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial controller or senior accounting role.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle).
