Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the kitchen staff in delivering food orders to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are complete and accurate before delivery

- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

- Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly

Skills:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred

- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques

- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
