What You Will Do :

As the Administrative Assistant FLOAT, you will provide coverage for various teams at the South Bend campus when administrative assistants are out of the office.

The starting hourly rate is $15.55 / hr.

• Answering phone and handling messages
• Making appointments and schedules
• Greeting and directing visitors and clients
• Operating office equipment
• Supporting team members with various needs and requests

We are looking for the following administrative assistants :

• Those with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Those with office experience or those who are ready and willing to learn
• Those who would like to learn the skills involved in supporting the healthcare industry through the provision of mental health and substance use treatment
• Those who love working in a supportive team environment
• When available, those with bilingual skills
