What You’ll Do as a Support Specialist: The role of the Information Support Specialist is to:
Provide administrative support for daily IT operational activities.
Respond to software problem calls and determine the nature and extent of support needed.
Have contact with Oaklawn staff utilizing IT and EHR functions within the organization.
Have periodic contact with our EHR provider and other vendors of apps or integrations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
One year of experience in administrative support, help desk, or IT work preferred.
