Responsible for:
- Lead the entire Early Careers recruitment process, including marketing, campus events, interviews, and diversity initiatives
- Oversee the summer internship program, managing onboarding, training, events, and assessments
- Partner with business leaders and the Head of Talent Acquisition to determine cohort sizes using data-driven decisions
- Ensure fair, transparent, and diverse hiring processes
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create a comprehensive communication strategy for Early Careers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in early careers recruitment
- Willingness to travel and engage with top talent
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives
- Keen attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Integrity, confidentiality, and ability to thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
