We are pleased to be partnering with a highly innovative company that leverages artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to create decentralized solutions to help them find an Operations Director. The company provides a decentralized computing platform that lets anyone create, deploy, scale, and monetize their own AI agents, tailored to their personal style, values, knowledge, and expertise.

The role

• Act as a critical support to the emerging CEO and Head of Operations.
• Improve operations, compliance, and processes to ready the organization for future funding rounds, and eventually a potential sale event.
• This role will play a critical role in aligning strategic goals across the global team of 30, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing internal processes whilst harmonizing processes.
• Partner with the CEO and team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, track progress, and investments to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of the executive office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
• Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide high-level support to the CEO, including preparing reports, presentations, and briefings, and representing the CEO in meetings when necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Candidate profile/experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a role with operational oversight in a highly dynamic AI or Blockchain environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience gained in the blockchain, web3, or AI spaces.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel at short notice, globally to offices based in the US, Europe, and Singapore).
• Experience in highly demanding, global roles that require flexibility when it comes to working hours.
