Oakleigh of Macomb Senior Living Facility is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of care to our cherished residents and providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities
- Rotating scheduling on call (includes weekends)
- Fill in as a caregiver if shifts cannot be filled
- Fill open shifts using minimal overtime
- Track overtime and daily hours
- Sort and deliver mail, answer phones, track budgets, and office supply ordering
- Assist ED in any projects that need to be completed
- Ensure daily staffing meets state requirements
- Track attendance
