OverviewWe're currently looking for exceptional full-time sales team members to drive revenue growth through effective outbound sales strategies that will expand Oakley’s market presence and exceed sales goals in alignment with company performance objectives. This person has exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales growth, account management, and a strategic mindset to deliver results. ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Qualification:
  • Research and identify potential customers who fit the company's ideal buyer profile. This may involve using online databases, attending industry events, or cold calling.
  • Evaluate potential customers' needs, budget, and decision-making authority to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Building Relationships
  • Use effective communication skills to connect with potential customers via phone calls, emails, social media, or other outbound channels.
  • Engage prospects in conversations to understand their specific challenges and how your company's offerings can address them.
  • Develop trust and credibility with potential customers to nurture positive relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Presentation And Negotiation
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings, including features,benefits, and unique selling propositions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects, highlighting how your products or services solve their problems and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Confidently address objections and concerns raised by potential customers, demonstrating how your offerings are the best solution.
  • Sales Cycle Management and Reporting
To Be Successful In This Role One Must Demonstrate
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting ideas, solutions, and data effectively
  • Consultative selling - ability to understand and align prospect needs and challenges to customized solutions
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Collaboration – work effectively with other within sales and cross-functionally
  • Effectively manage and track potential customers through different stages of the sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, including call logs, emails, and meeting notes to provide valuable insights into sales performance.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts based on pipeline data and historical trends to inform business planning and goal setting.
  • Work closely with other departments to align sales goals with overall company objectives
  • Growth Mindset and Continuous Improvement
  • Remain current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in outbound sales to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Actively seek opportunities to learn new skills and improve communication, negotiation, and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize outreach efforts for better lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Travel to trade shows and regional markets throughout the year to meet with partners and customers.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of successful sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
