Alumni Activities Coordinator
Full-Time (12-months), Non-Exempt, Category 4
Salary Range: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
Reports To:Major Gifts Officer – Alumni & Families
Position Summary
As the Alumni Activities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections within our alumni community. You will be responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating engaging activities and events, ensuring the alumni network remains vibrant and connected.

Qualifications:
1. Commitment to the mission, vision and values of Oaks Christian School.
2. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in fundraising, stewardship, donor relations and/or customer service preferred.
3. Ability to connect with a wide range of people.
4. Strong collaborative skills, creative, adaptable, and team-oriented.
5. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and attend school events.
6. Previous experience in event planning, alumni relations, or a related field preferred.
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and nurturing relationships.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
10. Familiarity with CRM software, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred.
11. Passion for alumni engagement and commitment to upholding the values of our institution.
