Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Home office team to ensure the highest level of Sales and Marketing support is provided, financial wellbeing of each community is reached, and business goals are met in accordance with state and government regulations along with Oaks Senior Living, LLC policies and procedures. The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing primary focus is to elevate Oaks sales, marketing and branding and providing hands-on support, guidance and coaching to all communities, with an emphasis on building and maintaining the culture established by the CEO of Oaks Senior Living, LLC.
Please note, to best support our teams, we require Georgia residency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years management or leadership in sales and marketing of long-term care
2. Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to assisted living
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong customer service skills
4. Proven business acumen
5. Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults/desire to work with older adults
6. Must be 21 years of age. Must have a satisfactory criminal history and fingerprint check
7. Must have physical exam by a licensed physician/Must have a negative drug screen
8. Must be available and able to react in an emergency
