This Consumer ASX company is now on the lookout for a new Head of Strategy. They want a passionate leader who can drive and execute the most critical initiatives across their portfolio. This is a key leadership position, and you will also be reporting to a top-tier leader. You will be reporting to the GM of Strategy and Delivery and working closely with the Managing Director of the division to set and refine the strategic initiatives of the company.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new market opportunities, product innovations, and customer centric solutions.
• Drive operational excellence across the food business by optimising processes and systems to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and lead a high-performance team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Has 5 years of strategic toolkit experience from a top tier consulting firm or similar.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Retail / consumer market experience is required.
• Outstanding academic achievement and record.
