Job DetailsJob Location 4009 Serendipity Resort & Campground - Brownsville, TN Salary Range $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly DescriptionThe Resort Service Associate - Campground is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Resort Service Associate - Campground is responsible for assisting guests in a prompt yet safe manner as they arrive and depart from the property.
Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all customers, co-workers, and clients
Acknowledges and greets guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location
Remains positioned in designated areas when not completing tasks
Assists arriving guests by directing them to their designated campground, and assisting in procedures
Assists with hook ups to electric pedestals as needed and escalates electrical issues/tripped breakers.
Assists guests with directions, reservations, troubleshooting, and other inquiries
Supports all areas of the campground including food and beverage facilities, game centers, stores (as applicable).
Provides guests with information about campground, internet, and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area
Delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested
Explains rates for transient guests and accepts payment
Completes all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the General Manager
Treats guests and associates with courtesy, respect and dignity
Follows all appearance standards as set forth by Oasis Marinas
Executes all terms and conditions as set forth in the Oasis Marinas Associate Handbook and other policies and procedures
Maintains clean, neat work environment including all surrounding areas of campground, facilities, restrooms, trash receptacles, and outdoor area
Stock and refill all areas in need across property and indicate to leadership if items are running low
Follows site specific safety and security procedures
Reports all accidents and incidents observed on shift to supervisor or General Manager immediately
Reports all potential hazards and safety concerns to General Manager
Uses only equipment trained to use and operates all equipment in a safe manner
About You:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge of camping or camping terms is desirable
Enjoy providing excellent customer service
Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet.
Experience with cash handling and/or food handling a plus
