As an Oasis Fit Advisor, you'll deliver exceptional customer service to our members and guests, greeting them warmly and providing enthusiastic guidance. You'll also take on the role of Membership Sales Advisor, where you'll strive to meet or exceed sales targets, including membership renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs for a seamless experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries.
• Assist members with questions regarding memberships, services, and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk.
• Support instructors in setting up studios for classes.
• Ensure a smooth member experience and assist with membership sales as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. (Russian is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
