Requirements
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and procedures.
- Strong verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively delegate and share responsibilities and tasks with other team members.
- A positive attitude that supports our team’s overall mission and core values.
Duties
- Record and maintain appropriate records for daily activities.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site and assist in keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer.
- Understand and meet project schedule deadlines without sacrificing excellent customer service and quality.
- Manage employees through all phases of project.
- Communicate with Clients through all phases of project.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
