Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor at Oasis Powersports, you will be the face of our service department, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients bringing in their Powersports vehicles for maintenance and repairs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that each customer receives personalized attention and guidance throughout their service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
- Consult with customers to understand their concerns and vehicle issues.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate service timelines to customers.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
- Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain detailed records of service transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote service offerings and generate repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of powersports vehicles and their components is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
