Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Virtual Nurse candidates to join our Omaha office. In this role, you will be instrumental in blending traditional healthcare with innovative technology. Serving a diverse adult population, you will collaborate with on-site clinical teams across various healthcare systems to provide exceptional virtual inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient admission and discharge processes effectively.
• Collaborate with on-site care team members for comprehensive virtual inpatient care.
• Educate patients and families, facilitating a thorough understanding of care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Mentor and coach bedside nurses and care team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered RN (Registered Nurse) license or compact nursing license.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Proven nursing skills with a focus on assessments and care coordination.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using technology.
• Familiarity with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Valid BLS (and ACLS, if required) certification.

• Commitment to maintaining hospital-based credentials.
