Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr Staff Accountant. The Sr Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role will also assist in budgeting and financial forecasting. While the role is primarily located in Columbia, MO, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
