Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Association Manager at Oberg Properties in Lakeway, TX, with flexibility for remote/on-property work. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing relationships with various stakeholders including developers, builders, directors, committees, homeowners, and providing creative solutions to meet community needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, community association management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Previous experience working with homeowners associations
