Brief Summary of Role We are seeking a strong individual contributor to facilitate and drive transformational, high-risk/high-reward initiatives for Obie. Those successful in this role will be a strategic thinker with the ability to negotiate skillfully with stakeholders to find common ground and acceptable alternatives that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll help drive overall strategy and prioritization of work efforts. As with any startup environment, the ability to adjust and change direction with ease is critical. What You'll Do Structure, facilitate, and drive successful execution of Obie initiatives Provide thought leadership and guidance to influence how work is done Be a point of contact with external carriers to ensure implementation and performance obligations are met Enhance tools, processes, and frameworks to bring insurance products to market Assist with overall prioritization of Obie initiatives What You'll Bring 10 years experience in project/program management, business strategy, consulting, research, or operations, preferably within P&C insurance Experience working directly with leadership as well as individual contributors at all levels, including executive level, both inside and outside of a company Positive “can do” attitude and a desire to contribute to a growing, energetic work environment Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively Experience and comfort with task management software Experience and comfort with G Suite Obie has you covered Being in the insurance industry, we understand the importance of comprehensive benefits for you and your family.
