Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Production Specialist - Imagery Analysis to join the Team! Supporting National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) providing Geospatial Intelligence for our nation's security by ensuring customer success through assured access to GEOINT data, capabilities, and insights. Applying extensive skills and experiences in analytic modernization, imagery, imagery science, and all aspects of geospatial information. Specific Responsibilities * Lead the development of imagery tradecraft policies, SOP's, and documentation across the office and organization. Develop tradecraft artifacts unifying imagery analyst's workflows.
* Lead an organization-wide imagery analyst community of interest.
* Facilitate imagery analyst SME sessions to promote concerns and issues.
* Serve as the organization advisor for Imagery Analyst Tradecraft and best practices. Requirements * Demonstrate advanced application of their knowledge and skills in the following fields and have demonstrated this knowledge and skill in previous work: GEOINT Analyst, Geographer, Cartographer, Toponomyst, Aeronautical Specialist, Maritime Specialist, Geophysical Specialist, Regional Specialist, Functional Specialist
* Bachelor's degree in related field: GEOINT Analyst, Geographer, Cartographer, Toponomyst, Aeronautical Specialist, Maritime Specialist, Geophysical Specialist, Regional Specialist, Functional Specialist
* Minimum 10 years in related field: GEOINT Analyst, Geographer, Cartographer, Toponomyst, Aeronautical Specialist, Maritime Specialist, Geophysical Specialist, Regional Specialist, Functional Specialist
* Fully capable of meeting all services required without direction.
* Provide direction to lower-level employees and of performing quality control and quality assurance checks on other employees' work.
* Provide advice to Government leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and items of interest.
* Lead collaboration across NGA and IC analysts in the performance of services.
