Location & Schedule:
- Located in Pearl River, NY
- Part-time position, requiring availability for 3 days per week
- Competitive salary ranging from $50-$54 per hour, depending on experience
- Deliver occupational health nursing services to the Research Team
- Conduct triage, assessment, and treatment of injuries
- Manage workers' compensation and short-term disability cases
- Support pre-employment and medical surveillance examinations
- Administer travel medicine services including immunizations and TB testing
- Develop and implement education and wellness programs
- Collaborate with infectious disease experts, human resources, and external healthcare providers
- Current RN license in New York
- Valid CPR certification
- Previous experience in occupational health, emergency room, or urgent care settings
- Proficiency in phlebotomy is beneficial
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, and FMLA regulations is advantageous
- Strong communication and computer skills are essential for this role
