Ocean Casino Resort is Hiring a SEASONAL - Valet Cashier Near Atlantic, NJ
The Valet Cashier will be responsible for understanding parking procedures, providing excellent customer service to guests, and maintaining accurate records of all monetary transactions.

- Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
- Processing parking transactions and accurately handling all payments.
- Providing information on the resort's amenities and services to guests.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of valet parking areas.
- Resolving guest complaints and escalating issues as needed.
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25pounds
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a cash handling position.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately balance cash drawers and record financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
