Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team at Ocean Gallery USA. This commission-based role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales and a love for unique, custom-designed water features. The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable custom-made aquatic and water features.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.
• Stay well-informed about our product offerings and be able to articulate the benefits and features of our custom designs.
• Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of sold projects.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to generate leads and boost sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably with custom-made products or in a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Passion for aquatic and water features is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful sales representatives can expect to earn a competitive income based on their performance.
