Position SummaryDevelop and implement standard training processes to include the maintenance of the regional training facilities, materials and equipment, standardization of the delivery of training and the upkeep of all training records. Effectively maximizing the use of 3rd party training across the region.

Duties & Responsibilities
Position SummaryDevelop and implement standard training processes to include the maintenance of the regional training facilities, materials and equipment, standardization of the delivery of training and the upkeep of all training records. Effectively maximizing the use of 3rd party training across the region.
This is an office US based position within Morgan City, LA.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Builds and runs reports as well as maintain data entry and local training calendar in the Learning Management System.
- Support verification of training requirements and qualifications.
- Manage and communicate training schedule and qualifications.
- Works with development and training groups to ensure consistency of product documentation and exploit opportunities for reuse of these materials.
- Builds and maintains relationships with client training representatives.
- Administers performance data regarding effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, or instructional materials.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement or processes and tools associated with offshore compliance.
- Assists in the scheduling of internal and external training courses for the region.
- Uploads and maintains employee training records into required databases.
- Provide training and competency support to Training Managers as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum one (1) year or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing systems.
- Experience with data entry into a learning management system.
- Takes initiative by being a self-starter.
- Generates suggestions for improving work.
- Completes projects on time and budget.
- Adapts to change in the work environment.
- Develops and implements cost saving measures.
- Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility.
